Executive Committee meetings;

These generally take place monthly to a pre-determined agenda with the key points being minuted.  In the interim the executive committee members stay in touch, by telephone and email.  When significant issues arise, such as NET Phase Two and Beeston Town Centre Plan, then specific sub-committees are formed dedicated to deal in detail with those issues.  If there is a local topic or issue that you think the Society should be dealing with, then please do contact any member of the executive committee (see above) or send an e-mail with the details.
