Beeston Marina Ltd has distributed leaflets giving brief detail of a proposal in principle for developing an area of land adjacent to Beeston Canal and Lock.

Residents who received the leaflet have shared it with us so that we can make our comments. We would invite anyone who works or lives nearby, or who enjoys the Canalside to make their comments also.

We wholly object to the idea of this proposal – its location, design, massing, type and density of the accommodation. There is nothing good about it.

The deadline is Monday 8 May 2023.
