Our programme of talks for 2026/27 is now confirmed!
Think of those ‘celebrities on stage answering questions from a ‘planted’ member of an invited audience’ type events. Beeston Civic’s ‘Audience’ is a bit more spontaneous – informal; informative, and definitely no plants (unless you count a Yukka).
Focused on subjects that are of interest and informative – along with items reflecting community concern, our Events team have curated an eclectic programme of winters talks.
Main presentations are complemented by ‘Spotlight’ talks from local groups and societies, aimed to expand appreciation of the rich range of local interests.
